Don’t do it. If you do, you will have three big problems. One, your vehicle can be impounded for up to thirty days. Two, you can be charged with a class one misdemeanor. Three, if the suspended driver is in an accident, you could face a challenge to whether your insurance policy will recognize that driver as a permissive user.  If you get charged with this offense in Gloucester County, York County, Mathews County, Middlesex County, Williamsburg, Newport News or anywhere on the Rt. 17 or I64 corridors, give me a call today.
I’m here to help you out.
